  • Two adjacent hydro power plants in the Botan Basin in Southeastern Turkey, the main tributary of the Tigris River, with a total installed capacity of estimated 570 MW, and annual generation of estimated 1,389 GWh.
  • Both projects are licensed for 49 years with a weighted average water usage fee $14/MWh.
  • Government purchasing guarantee for the electricity produced in accordance with the “Renewable Energy Law”.
  • Both projects have already obtained Environmental Permits.
  • Projects are located on remote and unused lands and have virtually no negative social impact on the nearby settlements without requiring any household relocation.
